"Tagaris Winery"

Anyone who has lived in this area for much time has probably heard the Taggares name. They were potatoe growers in years past, and most likely raise alot of wine grapes these days.

I don't know if it was the family, or one of the members of the family that decided to open a winery here in the Tri-Cites, but whoever it was also decided to change the spelling of the name from Taggares, to "Tagaris."

This is one of the more popular wineries in our area as it is one the more "upscale" places in town.
