I am having too much fun doing these Modigliani's today. This is the third in the series, and I don't have much of an idea if there will be anymore, or how many more, I might do.
This "Sitting Algerian Almiisa," and she was painted by Modigliani in 1916.
A real beauty she. Wonder who she was?

often this helps you get into the mindset of the artist---I recall feeling such excitement placing colors next to each other when doing studies of Toulouse- Lautrec ...and thought he must have felt that "rightness", too.
