Merry Christmas

Each year I struggle for ideas for our Christmas card, and each year so far, except one, I have "come through" on the last couple of days for an idea. One year I actually did two images at once and had the entire year to relax and smile inwardly knowing I already had one ready for the next December. No so this year.

Here is the latest example of the "last days panic" to come up with "something...anything." I have to admit crass copying and copyright violation as this image was taken, in large part, from an image on a Christmas card we received a few years ago. Is that stealing? If so, and if you own the copyright to the original, please contact me and I will remove this image and recall all that are about to be sent out to the legions of friends and family that are waiting with baited breath what I will be sending out this year. Really? Sure.

Meantime, I spent the day on the computer configuring the size that will best fit the card's front; and the what wording will be put on the card stock. It's all ready to go.

  2. Great card. I don't see a real problem if you aren't selling these. I'm sure it doesn't look the same as the original anyhow.

  5. This is wonderful! I like how you kept the manger figures as silhouettes, keeping the emphasis on the star. Very nice.
