Drawn on the back of a business card during casual conversation this evening; this is one of a fleet of about 20 trucks my uncle, Dale Brown, owns in Oklahoma. This one was hauling that beautiful red Oklahoma dirt to a nearby brick foundry.

Wow, that is really beautiful! I have just appropriated some outdated business cards which look deliciously yummy to sketch on. Your work truly inspires me!
ReplyDeleteGreat!
ReplyDeleteJim--has Dale seen this? Looks like he has a new business card! This is awesome!

Oh, that looks awesome! Love all your last posts too, great drawings, very cool!
ReplyDeleteCool! I, too, love to use the backs of old business cards for doodling, but I've never achieved such detail.
ReplyDeleteFantastic pen and ink drawing! And, being so small too. That is even better.
ReplyDeleteI have nominated your blog for another (well-deserved) award. Check out my blog for details.
ReplyDeleteJust surfing by. I enjoyed looking at your art. I've lived in Oklahoma three different times. I know those Black Jack Oaks very well.
ReplyDeleteMe again, just to tell you I sent you an award. Marie Antoinette award, very noble! Pick it up on my blog if you feel like it!
