The Cowpuncher

Jeb gazed across the prairie and thought about how that cattle rustlin' son-of-a-bitch son of his was going to hang 'for nightfall.

  1. Great shadow on the face. I had to look up "cowpuncher" in the dictionary. I wondered if it was a violent form of cow-tipping ;-)

  2. Jim, your stuff is outstanding. Your variety of styles is AMAZING. I would never guess they were all done by you. And the variety of how some are straightforward and traditional compositions...to unique perspectives and distortions...really good. Thanks for publishing all these.

  3. michael, thank you for a wonderful review of my stuff. I'm not quite convinced it's "that" good, but it does my heart good to hear someone say so.

  4. :-D It looks to me like you've been reading Louis L'Amour ... this guys last name wouldn't be Sackett, would it? Great drawing!

  7. At first glance, Jeb looks like Ray Benson who is the lead singer of "Asleep At The Wheel". You have a great talent, from the Lord. Use it wisely, and keep on, keeping on.
