She came to me from a magazine, I think. Don't remember for sure, but I liked the facial features and wanted to try to capture them with watercolor. I like how she's looking into the distance, thinking about something too elusive to fully capture or comprehend.watercolor on 3x5 Arches Watercolor paper.
Nice job! I like how you capture the highlights in both sketches. And I also like the essence you captured in the quick sketch.
