"The Lady Washington"

She is moored this week across the Columbia river in the Pasco marina.  I have been over the twice to sketch her and her companion ship, the Hawaiian Chieftain, yesterday and today. The two ships are sitting astride one another, facing in opposite directions and there is a walk way set up between them so people can get aboard.  The lines were long, but they moved fairly rapidly along.

  1. I really like the winery drawing, but then I scrolled down and saw this gorgeous sailboat drawing! Wow! This is really awesome. Maybe because I've spent many a summer afternoon looking at a scene very similar, but your composition and colors and lines are so pleasant to look at. Very nice work! Congratulations!
