We were visiting friends, Lil and Steve, in the Florida Keys, and he asked, "have you ever had stone crab?"

My answer, "No, but we have a lot of Dungeness Crab up where we live in the Pacific Northwest."

His reply, "Well, then you've never had any crab."

He was right.
