"Little Bitty Pretty One"

This small and seemingly insignificant flower was inspired by the one that grew, against all odds, from a pot that was discarded out by the back fence. What was tiny and so very fragile, has grown into a huge bush that desperately needs some trimming!

It reminds me of a tiny fragile woman who once lived in south central Oklahoma who gave birth to 12 children and had the strength to get them all pointed in the right direction: my Granny Brown.

  2. This is spritely (is that the right word?) and fun - love the bright color against the dark background. I especially like the composition in the last post.
