This is the second posting from my new project, a journal in an Aqua Bee Super Deluxe Sketchbook: my choice of medium for the project. I like the 6x9 size and the acid free/archival quality, as well its ability to take watercolor.
The "art journal" entries selected for posting will be posted here in this blog as well as in a new setting on my flickr account, "Journal Entries." Not all pages will make the cut. This is a turn from my long held approach of "post everything!"
My goal with this project is to produce visually appealing pages utilizing only two elements: the sketch, and the script. The words will be less important, I hope, that the overall image they create with the sketch. Wish me luck.
